01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the facai88 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by facai88 to its users. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, both of which are considered part of this Agreement.

Continued use of the facai88 platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be considered your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the current and applicable terms.

Facai88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the facai88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• A citizen or permanent resident permitted to use online gaming services under your local laws.
• Not currently listed on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Not registering as a representative, agent, or proxy on behalf of another person.
• Registering under your own name with truthful, accurate and complete personal information.

Facai88 is not liable if any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements successfully registers an account using false information. Any winnings obtained through such an account may be voided and will not be paid out.

03 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the facai88 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Full name as shown on your official identification card
• An active and reachable mobile phone number
• A valid and active email address
• Malaysian bank account details registered under your own name

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. facai88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.

Phone number and email verification are mandatory before any financial transactions can be made. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available and strongly recommended for enhanced account security.

04 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Facai88 supports a range of payment methods optimised for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment has been confirmed.
• All deposits must be made from an account in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Facai88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on standard business days.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a verified bank account held in the same member's name.
• Facai88 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.
• Approved withdrawals cannot be cancelled once processed.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Facai88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members who have not previously registered.
• Facai88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed.

Facai88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any disputes relating to bonuses will be resolved at the absolute discretion of facai88 management, and our decision shall be final.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the facai88 platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting, bingo, and sports betting — operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including facai88 itself.

The player acknowledges and understands that:

• Game outcomes are random and unpredictable — no system or strategy can guarantee a win.
• The RTP (Return to Player) varies for each game and is displayed in the respective game information.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, facai88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original wager to the player.
• The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.

For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. facai88 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors or human error.

07 Prohibited Member Conduct

Facai88 members are required to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty and responsibility at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, hack, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's system.
• Money Laundering: Use of the facai88 platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using false information, or colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system.
• Use of Bots: Using automation software, scripts or third-party tools to play or conduct transactions.
• Unauthorised Collusion: Colluding with other players in table games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
• False Claims: Filing false claims with a bank or payment provider to obtain chargebacks without valid grounds.

Facai88 cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of illegal activities and will provide required information upon request from legitimate authorities.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Facai88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity.
• A member's own request to close their account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3 business days, subject to the settlement of any active wagers and fulfilment of applicable bonus requirements.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Facai88 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times, facai88 makes no absolute guarantees regarding the following:

• The platform will always be available without interruption, delays, or technical errors.
• Game outcomes will always favour the player — games are based on chance and luck.
• Third-party services integrated with the platform, including game providers and payment operators, will always function without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, facai88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. facai88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendment of Terms and Governing Law

Facai88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be displayed on this page along with the date of the most recent update. It is your responsibility as a member to review this page periodically.

For amendments deemed material or significant, facai88 will notify members via in-app notification or email to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by facai88.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to the law, that provision alone shall be deemed void and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
